Overview
At Financialglobalapp, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent experience for all our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for deposits, investments, and other transactions made through our platform. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Deposit Refunds
Deposits made to your Financialglobalapp account are intended for trading and investment purposes. Refunds on deposits are available under the following conditions:
- Deposits that have not been used for any trading activity or investment within 14 days of funding may be eligible for a full refund.
- If a deposit was made in error (for example, an incorrect amount was entered), you must contact our support team within 24 hours to request a correction or refund.
- Refunds for cryptocurrency deposits will be processed back to the originating wallet address. Refunds for bank transfers and payment app deposits will be returned to the original funding source.
- All deposit refunds are subject to a processing fee of up to 5 percent to cover transaction costs and administrative expenses.
Investment Plan Refunds
Our investment plans offer fixed returns over predetermined periods. The following refund policy applies specifically to investment plans:
- Investment plans can be cancelled within 48 hours of activation for a full refund of the invested amount, provided no payouts have been processed.
- After 48 hours, investment plans cannot be cancelled early. The invested capital is locked for the duration of the plan term and will be returned along with the final payout at plan completion.
- If a payout has already been processed for an investment plan, the plan cannot be cancelled and refunds are not available for that cycle.
Trading Losses
Trading in financial markets carries inherent risk. The following applies to all trading activities on our platform:
- Financialglobalapp does not offer refunds for trading losses incurred through stocks, cryptocurrency, forex, commodities, or any other market activity.
- All trading decisions are made by the account holder. We strongly recommend using stop loss and take profit tools to manage your risk exposure.
- If you believe a trade was executed in error due to a technical malfunction on our platform, please contact support within 24 hours with your trade reference number for investigation.
IPO Subscriptions
IPO subscriptions are binding commitments to purchase shares at the offering price:
- IPO subscriptions can be cancelled before the subscription window closes. Once the subscription period ends, orders are final and cannot be refunded.
- If an IPO is cancelled by the issuing company, all subscription funds will be returned to your account balance in full.
- If your subscription is only partially allocated, the unallocated portion will be refunded to your account balance.
Real Estate Investments
Property investments have specific refund terms due to the nature of real estate funding:
- Real estate investments can be cancelled within 7 days of the initial investment for a full refund, provided the property funding goal has not yet been reached.
- Once the property funding goal is met or the project moves to the funded status, investments are locked and refunds are no longer available.
- If a property project is cancelled by the developer, all invested funds will be returned to investors in full.
Withdrawal Disputes
If you experience issues with a withdrawal:
- Withdrawals marked as pending can be cancelled from your transaction history. Once a withdrawal is marked as processed, it cannot be reversed.
- If a withdrawal has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team with your withdrawal reference number for tracking and investigation.
- Incorrect wallet addresses or bank details provided by the user are not eligible for refunds. Please double-check all withdrawal details before confirming.
